Food Safe and washable. Extremely high cut protection. Suitable for general food preparation and areas where high cut protection is needed. EN 388:2016+A1:2018. Level 4 - Abrasion Resistance. Level X - Cut resistance (Coupe Test). Level 4 - Tear Resistance. Level 2 - Puncture Resistance. Level F - TDM Cut Resistance (ISO 13997).
